The national accounts of The Netherlands have been revised in accordance with the new System of National Accounts (SNA) 1993, and its European equivalent, the European System of National and Regional Accounts (ESA) 1995. This paper starts with a short introduction to the main reasons for the revision. Subsequently attention is paid to the results on a macro-level.
